Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, build energy and excitement in-store, educate customers on devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, and partner with store teammates to deliver a world-class customer experience. The role involves uncovering customer needs, identifying leads (including small business opportunities), and contributing to training-based growth in a fast-paced wireless environment. The position offers both full-time and part-time options with competitive base pay plus commission, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and be 18+; bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required.
