T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, are brand ambassadors who drive excitement around products and services, build relationships with customers, and educate and demonstrate device and service solutions in a fast-paced store environment. The role emphasizes uncovering customer needs, performing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, collaborating with store teams, and completing in-store training to deliver a world-class customer experience while pursuing sales goals and loyalty. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a compensation structure that includes base pay plus commission. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. This is a learning role with both full-time and part-time positions available.
