Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) sell and promote T-Mobile products in-store as brand ambassadors, delivering world-class customer experiences, building relationships, and uncovering customer needs to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on product demonstrations, side-by-side selling, using digital tools, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with cross-channel teams to resolve issues and generate leads. Training will be provided; the position is offered as both full-time and part-time with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)
