Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy for the T-Mobile brand in-store, acting as brand ambassadors to educate customers on devices and service plans, demonstrate features, and identify solutions through hands-on demonstrations. They work in a fast-paced team environment, develop relationships with customers and cross-channel partners, complete new-employee training, and pursue opportunities for advancement while delivering a world-class customer experience and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
