Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) act as brand ambassadors in a fast-paced store environment, delivering world-class customer experiences, performing hands-on product demonstrations, and identifying personalized device/service solutions. They build customer relationships, educate on the latest technology, collaborate with store teams, complete new employee training, and contribute to achieving sales goals through in-store visits and lead handoffs. Required Qualifications
