T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) will serve as brand ambassadors for T-Mobile at Luna Wireless, a licensed Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, in a fast-paced in-store environment. Responsibilities include helping customers pick devices and service plans, delivering hands-on demonstrations of technology, performing side-by-side selling to uncover personalized solutions, using digital tools to communicate coverage and features, completing in-store training, and partnering with store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and capture small business leads. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, relationship-building, and a proactive sales mindset. Requirements include at least 18 years old, legal right to work in the United States, High School Diploma or GED, and a willingness to work in a retail setting (flexible FT/PT schedules).
