T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) sell and promote T-Mobile products in-store, educate customers on devices and service plans, demonstrate new technologies, build relationships with customers, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include customer engagement from shopping through post-sale, hands-on demonstrations of devices and IoT technology, identifying customer needs, delivering a world-class in-store experience, collaborating with store teams and other channels, and completing required training. The role emphasizes a proactive, customer-focused approach, ongoing learning, and the ability to meet performance goals in a sales-driven environment.
