Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) are brand ambassadors who drive in-store energy for the T-Mobile experience. They build relationships with customers, uncover needs, demonstrate and educate on devices and services, and perform side-by-side selling to deliver personalized solutions. The role emphasizes learning through training, using digital tools to showcase coverage and plans, collaborating with store teams, and identifying small business leads in a fast-paced retail environment. Opportunities include advancement and both full-time and part-time schedules; bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age 18
