Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) for a Luna Wireless T-Mobile Authorized Retailer team—build energy and excitement around products, educate customers on devices and service solutions, perform in-store demonstrations, and drive sales through needs-based conversations. Role emphasizes customer advocacy, teamwork with store leaders and cross-channel partners, training completion, and ongoing learning about wireless innovations. Responsibilities include assisting customers online/in-store, performing hands-on demonstrations, identifying and handing off small business leads, using digital tools to showcase coverage and plans, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Requirements include at least 18 years old, High School Diploma or GED, legal work authorization in the United States, and customer service/sales experience; bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged.
