Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives build energy and excitement for the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced store environment. They uncover customer needs, demonstrate devices and services, and educate customers to select solutions beyond basic plans. The role emphasizes hands-on demonstrations, in-store experience, teamwork with store colleagues, and leveraging digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services. The position is a learning role with training provided, offers room for advancement, and includes commission-based incentives along with competitive base pay. Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged, and both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
