T-Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and educate customers on selecting appropriate T-Mobile plans and solutions. They work in a fast-paced in-store environment, build energy and excitement around the brand, identify customer needs, perform hands-on demonstrations of devices and IoT products, and pursue opportunities to close sales, including handoffs of small business leads. The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork across channels, ongoing training, and the potential for advancement; requires 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred), and a willingness to work flexible hours as part of FT or PT schedules. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and the posting notes competitive base pay with commission, benefits, and growth opportunities.
