Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives help customers in-store by educating them on T-Mobile devices, plans, and services, performing hands-on demonstrations, and identifying solutions to meet individual needs. The role emphasizes building energy and excitement, delivering excellent customer experiences, and working with a team to drive sales growth. Training will be provided as associates develop product knowledge, systems proficiency, and selling skills, with opportunities to advance within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications

- 18+ years old

- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish encouraged but not required
