Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) join a fast-paced Luna Wireless team to educate customers on T-Mobile products and services, demonstrate devices, build relationships, and drive in-store sales with a focus on customer experience, product knowledge, and teamwork. Responsibilities include hands-on demonstrations, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions (devices, plans, and IoT), completing in-store training, leveraging digital tools, and collaborating with cross-channel teams to enhance the customer journey. Opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule with FT and PT roles are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
