T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) at Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, will be frontline brand ambassadors delivering energy and expertise to educate customers on devices and service plans, perform in-store demonstrations, and collaboratively drive sales in a fast-paced environment. The role involves learning the in-store experience, using digital tools to showcase coverage and features, identifying customer needs, and partnering with T-Mobile staff to resolve issues and pursue small business leads. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance, and roles are available full-time and part-time. Requirements include being at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and a High School diploma or GED; bilingual candidates are encouraged.
