T Mobile Authorized Retailer Assistant Manager

Retail Assistant Manager at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) leads and develops the store team to meet customer expectations and achieve Mobile Associate success. Responsibilities include orienting new Mobile Associates to the company manifesto and standards, ensuring customer needs are met, coaching through observed interactions, managing customer wait times, staying updated on products and promotions, guiding teammates to meet monthly success metrics, maintaining store standards and visual displays, ensuring knowledge of store systems and communications, and contributing to financial results through KPI-focused oversight. The role requires 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred), ability to lead and mentor others, and strong communication with teammates and customers. Availability for a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
