Job Summary
Orient and ground Mobile Associates to T-Mobile's Manifesto standards, ensuring every customer need is met with comfort and problem-solving. Complete observations of associate interactions for development and coaching, while effectively managing customer wait times. Lead by example by staying current on products, services, and training to help the team meet monthly success measurements. Assist in maintaining store environment quality, executing Retail Methods & Procedures, and managing store expenses through discounting and credit control. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
