Job Summary
Lead the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver customer success and achieve financial results based on key performance indicators. Orient Mobile Associates to T-Mobile's Manifesto standards, complete observations of customer interactions for development and coaching, and manage customer wait times. Stay current on products, services, and promotions while maintaining store environment quality and adhering to national plan-o-gram standards. Directly interact with associates to ensure they meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Manage discounting and credits, control store expenses, and ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications. Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
