Job Summary
Orient and ground Mobile Associates to T-Mobile's customer standards by completing observations of their interactions to drive development and coaching. Manage customer wait times, maintain current product knowledge, and lead by example to ensure the team meets monthly success measurements. Assist in maintaining store environment quality, executing retail procedures, and controlling expenses through discounting and credit management. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators while ensuring team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications. Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
