Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations and Mobile Associate success. Orient associates to T-Mobile's Manifesto and Loving Our Customers standard, ensuring every customer need is met with confidence. Complete observations of associate interactions to drive development, training, and coaching conversations. Effectively manage customer wait time, stay current on products and promotions, and interact directly with associates to ensure they meet monthly success measurements. Maintain store environment quality, execute Retail Methods & Procedures, and manage discounting and credits to deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
