T Mobile Authorized Retailer Assistant Manager

Lead and develop the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver Mobile Associate success. Infuse staff with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto by orienting them to a standard of Loving Our Customers. Ensure every customer need is met by building confidence through comfortable, simple experiences and solving whole problems. Complete observations of Mobile Associate interactions to drive development, training, and coaching conversations. Effectively manage customer wait times while staying current on products, services, and promotions. Lead by example, staying up to date on the latest training and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource. Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Assist in maintaining store environment quality, adhering to national plan-o-gram standards, and executing Retail Methods & Procedures. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Identify ways to manage and control store expenses and manage discounting and credits. Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
