Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals. Responsibilities include orienting and coaching Mobile Associates, ensuring customer needs are met, managing customer wait time, staying current on products and promotions, observing and feeding back on interactions for training, maintaining store standards and visual displays, executing Retail Methods & Procedures, and driving financial results and cost control. Requires 1 year of customer service/sales experience (retail preferred), ability to lead and mentor staff, and strong communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
