Job Summary
Lead the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations and Mobile Associate success. Orient associates to the company Manifesto by grounding them in a standard of Loving Our Customers. Ensure every customer need is met by building confidence through comfortable, simple experiences and solving whole problems. Complete observations of associate interactions to inform development, training, and coaching conversations. Effectively manage customer wait times while staying current on products, services, and promotions. Lead by example by remaining an expert resource on the latest offerings and leadership best practices. Interact directly with associates to ensure they meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Assist in maintaining store environment quality by adhering to national standards and keeping visual displays current. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage discounting and credits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
