Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads and develops the store team alongside the Store Manager to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-centric goals. Responsibilities include orienting Mobile Associates to a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer needs are met, coaching and training staff using observations and feedback, managing wait times, staying current on products and promotions, mentoring staff to achieve monthly success metrics, maintaining store visual displays and procedures, ensuring team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications, and driving financial results while controlling expenses. The role requires 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong leadership and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
