Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer-centric goals. Responsibilities include orienting and grounding Mobile Associates to Loving Our Customers, ensuring customer needs are met, observing customer interactions for coaching, managing wait times, remaining current on products/services/promotions, leading by example with training and leadership best practices, ensuring store environments meet standards, keeping displays current, ensuring teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications, and delivering financial results by monitoring KPIs and controlling expenses. The role requires ability to mentor, communicate effectively with teammates and customers, and adapt to a varied schedule. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
