Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Luna Wireless (a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, orient Mobile Associates to the company standard, ensure an excellent customer experience, train and coach team members, monitor wait times, stay current on products and promotions, and drive store performance through leadership, coaching, and adherence to visual standards. Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States; high school diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
