T Mobile Authorized Retailer Assistant Manager

Retail Assistant Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals. Responsibilities include orienting and grounding Mobile Associates to standards, ensuring customer needs are met and customers feel comfortable, observing and using feedback from interactions for development and coaching, managing customer wait times, staying up to date on products, services, and promotions, leading by example with training and leadership best practices, ensuring store environments meet plan-o-gram standards, keeping displays current, executing Retail Methods & Procedures, ensuring teams are knowledgeable about store systems and corporate communications, and delivering financial results based on key performance indicators while identifying ways to manage store expenses. The role emphasizes leading and mentoring the team to achieve monthly success measurements and contributing to growth and advancement within the organization.
