Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at Luna Wireless (T-Mobile Authorized Retailer) partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals. Responsibilities include orienting Mobile Associates to a standard of Loving Our Customers, ensuring customer needs are met and experiences are comfortable and simple, conducting observations and coaching for development, managing customer wait times, staying current on products, services, and promotions, leading by example with training and leadership best practices, ensuring store environments meet visual/display standards, executing Retail Methods & Procedures, and ensuring teams are knowledgeable about store systems and corporate communications. The role drives financial results based on key performance indicators, manages store expenses, and mentors staff. Requires at least 1 year of customer service/sales experience, availability for varied schedules including nights/weekends/holidays, and strong communication skills. Salary includes competitive base pay with commissions, and benefits with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
