T Mobile Authorized Retailer Assistant Manager

Retail Assistant Manager at Luna Wireless (an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer) partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, coaching Mobile Associates, monitoring wait times, and driving performance through training and leadership. Responsibilities include orienting and grounding staff to customer-first standards, observing interactions for development feedback, staying current on products, services, promotions, and store systems, managing plan-o-grams and visual displays, and delivering results against key performance indicators. Must be able to lead and mentor people, communicate effectively with teammates and customers, and work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred) and High School Diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
