T&E Regional Business Partner Lead - America

Job Summary
Lead the T&E Regional Business Partner team for the Americas, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient service delivery aligned with global standards; serve as primary regional liaison for T&E-related matters, manage operations to meet SLAs/KPIs, build/develop high-performing teams, ensure policy/regulatory compliance, drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and coordinate regional projects including system implementations and complex issue resolution (vendor coordination, M&A support). Requires 5–7 years in Travel & Expense with end-to-end process knowledge (Concur preferred), 3+ years of people management, strong stakeholder management, process improvement/project management experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Travel Management; English fluency with additional languages a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Travel Management; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- 5–7 years of experience in Travel & Expense with end-to-end process knowledge (Concur preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and functions
- Experience in process improvement and project management
- Solution-oriented, self-driven with hands-on problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in multicultural environments
