T&E Analyst - Survivability & Reporting (On-site)

Job Summary
Conduct survivability analysis, documentation, and reporting for Amphibious Combat Vehicle testing using Live Fire and developmental data. Draft Test Plans, Observation Reports, and Service Reports per CDRL A012, while reviewing historical documentation for compliance. Maintain issue trackers, Field Incident Work Instructions, and Engineering Change Proposal impact logs. Coordinate with government, vendor, and engineering stakeholders for Integrated Product Teams and Test Readiness Reviews, preparing agendas and minutes. Support Battlefield Damage Assessment and Repair evaluations and Damage Assessment List Conclave preparation. Conduct research on armor materials and threat characterization to develop decision briefs for the T&E Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, or related technical field
- Experience supporting United States Marine Corps (USMC) ground combat or amphibious vehicle programs
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
- Familiarity with ballistic instrumentation, data collection systems, and damage assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of armor materials, threat characterization, and survivability modeling
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi‐agency test events and documentation reviews
- Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical documentation
- Prior support to Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive – Marine Corps (PAE‐MC), or similar acquisition organizations
- Experience with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 and A012 deliverables
- Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition Test and Evaluation (T&E) environments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi agency test events (government, vendor, range, engineering)
- Ability to lift or move items up to 30 pounds
