Job Summary
Troubleshoot 2nd and 3rd level technical service and support requests for on-premise and cloud environments, handling incidents, change requests, and daily operations. Manage direct telephone and email communication while independently resolving issues across Microsoft ecosystems including Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Teams. This role supports a global player in professional sports located in Frankfurt am Main, offering opportunities for mobile work and a mentorship program.
Required Qualifications
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT-Bereich
- mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen (Clients/Server)
- Erfahrung im Messaging Umfeld (Exchange onPrem/Online), M365, speziell Sharepoint sowie MS Defender, Intune und Teams
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerk, Clients und Virtualisierung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Firewalls
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL v3 Foundation oder höher von Vorteil
