Job Summary
Synthesize customer contractual needs into system test solutions while developing and directing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for system execution. Coordinate integrated testing activities, review test requirements for completeness, and perform technical analysis to prepare system-level evaluations. Proactively identify software issues, troubleshoot root causes, and generate detailed problem reports through collaboration with development teams. Requires onsite presence in Morrisville, NC, with an active SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of relevant experience (for Level 2)
- 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (for Level 2)
- 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree (for Level 2)
- 5 years of relevant experience (for Level 3)
- 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (for Level 3)
- 1 year of relevant experience with a PhD (for Level 3)
- 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree (for Level 3)
- Experience with ground system software deployment, integration and testing in complex, layered, cloud-based environments
- Understanding of requirements decomposition, verification activity planning and execution
- Ability to collaborate with software development teams to ensure understanding, reproduction steps, resolution approach
- Ability to proactively identify software issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause investigation in support of generating detailed problem reports and engage in rapid, collaborative resolution
- Experience with Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Containerization (Kubernetes, Helm)
- Experience with Java
- Relocation assistance may be available
- SCI clearance required for start
- 10% of the Time travel
- Onsite work (no remote or hybrid support)
Desired Qualifications
- Current Security+ certification
- Adjudicated and active CI Poly
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Understanding of Agile roles and responsibilities
- Expertise/understanding of Robot Framework
- Expertise/understanding of AWS
