Job Summary
Systems Technician with TS/SCI polygraph requires installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting information systems hardware and related peripherals (PCs, printers, scanners, phones). Duties include hardware installation/replacement, re-imaging software to baseline, diagnosing system failures, managing storage and cabling, providing user-friendly technical support, updating incident/change tickets and CMDB, and applying ITIL practices. Must possess DoD IA/SEC+ level credentials, maintain privileged access controls, and be available for occasional onsite work at the Chantilly, VA site.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret SCI clearance
- Polygraph
- 5+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Experience: Windows hardware support, troubleshooting, imaging/re-imaging, CMDB
- Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or AA/AS Degree or equivalent
