Job Summary
Systems Technician with TS/SCI and Polygraph sought to install, maintain, and troubleshoot information systems hardware and applications. Responsibilities include hardware installation and upgrades (PCs, printers, scanners, phones, and related peripherals), re-imaging software to baseline standards, diagnostics, reseating/replacing components, and cabling. Provide user-friendly technical explanations, track incidents and changes, manage CMDB documentation, participate in network system administration, and comply with privileged-user security processes. Required experience includes Windows hardware support, VoIP/telephony and video conferencing basics, network cabling standards, incident/change coordination, and DoD IA/ITIL-aligned practices. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or AA/AS Degree, or the equivalent combination
- DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE minimum

- US Citizenship Required
