Job Summary
Program and repair BAS utility meters, verify meter accuracy, and maintain network cards for Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, BACnet, and Modbus systems. Develop and maintain spare parts inventory databases and provide training for the BAS desk team regarding legacy components. Assist with BAS color floor plan updates to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure data for building operations and predictive maintenance. This incumbent-only position supports the FOMSS II Contract, focusing on system optimization and maximum uptime for facility operational technology.
Required Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting Building Automation System (BAS) issues
- Experience with utility systems
- Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems
- Knowledge of Tridium Niagara
- Knowledge of Honeywell
- Knowledge of BACnet
- Knowledge of Modbus
- Knowledge of building control systems
- Ability to develop and maintain databases for spare parts stock / inventory
- Ability to provide training for BAS desk team related to legacy BAS components
- Ability to assist with BAS color floor plan updates
