Systems Technician

Systems Technician to support and enhance Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) information systems by helping plan, implement, and maintain technology solutions under the Sr. Director, IT. Partners with end users, specialists, and managers to test and refine system features, reviews IT systems and Google/Microsoft tools, analyzes workflows in Microsoft platforms for automation, ensures data accuracy and quality control, acts as liaison during implementation and upgrades, provides staff training on reporting tools and best practices, troubleshoots Microsoft-related questions, supports compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and Oregon child care regulations, and performs additional duties to align IT activities with organizational goals.
