Job Summary
Frontline IT support role providing basic, single-user level assistance for PC, printer, and Windows applications. Acts as initial point of contact via email or client portal, may work from service desk or in the field. Performs basic troubleshooting, documents activities in the ticketing system, and supports Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed. Follows established client support documentation to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Experience: preferably 1 year in service-related role
- Valid driver's license
