Job Summary
Frontline technical support for single end-user issues including PC, printer, and Windows applications. Serves as the initial point of contact for client technical assistance via email or client portal. May perform responsibilities from the service desk or in the field, conduct basic troubleshooting for simple issues in single-user environments, document troubleshooting activities in the ticketing system, and support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed. Adheres to established client support documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification
- Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Valid driver's license
