Job Summary
Systems Technician on the End User Compute team responsible for on-site and remote support, device lifecycle management, deployment architecture using Windows Autopilot and Intune, zero-touch provisioning, and managing a hybrid work environment with AV/video conferencing solutions (Teams Rooms, Cisco, Zoom Rooms). Role includes proactive EUC infrastructure monitoring, asset governance, security/compliance alignment with InfoSec (CIS/NIST), and continuous improvement with thorough documentation. Requires 2-3 years supporting end-user devices in large-scale enterprise, proficiency with Windows and macOS, Intune/MDM, Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, GPO/RBAC, and ITIL/ServiceNow ITSM familiarity. Education: Bachelor's degree; Certifications: MD-102 and ITIL Foundation v4 are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field of study is required.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- ITIL Foundation v4 (for process and framework alignment)
