Job Summary

Own the development and maintenance of integrated program schedules, budgets, and resource identification for Repairs programs from conception through product sunset. Coordinate deliverables and execution with Subsystem teams to escalate visibility on critical path activities while providing cross-functional product leadership across EHS, Sourcing, Quality, and external parties. Facilitate issue resolution with the Systems Engineer and Product Manager, including contingency planning and regular leadership updates on programmatic risks. Ensure compliance with engineering processes, drive continuous process improvement for the repairs workflow, and incorporate lessons learned from field personnel into next-generation products. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, five years of program management experience, and up to 25% travel. Salary ranges from $113,200 to $188,800.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering or related fields
