Job Summary
Proactively and reactively support passengers, guests, and employees at Salt Lake City International Airport with level 1 technical troubleshooting and ticketing applications. Manage desktops, PC hardware, printers, and Microsoft operating systems while maintaining server, domain controller, and storage array systems. Provide onsite shift work coverage from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. Required Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-3 years equivalent work experience
- Proven experience with ticketing applications
- Providing level 1 technical support to a large business or organization (1000+ employees)
- Onsite shift work
- Shift hours are 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
- Saturday and Sunday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in airports
- Knowledge/Certification in Server/domain controller/storage array systems
- Knowledge/Certification in Desktops and PC hardware
- Knowledge/Certification in Installing/configuring printers
- Knowledge/Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems
- Certified in at least one of the following areas: A+, Net+, or Security+, or equivalent
