Job Summary
The Systems Support Technician I assists the IT team with helpdesk operations and maintains installed data, voice, image, and video network systems. Provides telecommunications and WAN/LAN proficiency and delivers guidance, implementation support, ongoing assistance, and training to IT staff and other OMC personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Associates of Science in computer science, engineering or related field preferred; comparable experience and training may be considered
- Two years’ demonstrated experience of basic understanding of WANs and LANs preferred
