Job Summary
Systems Support Analyst role supporting the Accident & Health Customer Service and Business Operations teams in Glasgow, focusing on keeping key systems, batch processes and reporting running smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling and completing batch feed loading to ensure new business/policy amendments are available within SLAs for UK, Ireland and CE countries; running monthly reconciliations and billings for CE countries including data output and file transfers/interfaces; providing MIS reporting weekly/monthly; testing new releases and system upgrades across core systems; assisting with campaign, product and new document set-ups/checks for the in-house Customer Service System; ensuring daily tasks are completed to high standards in line with FCA Code of Practice and Sarbanes-Oxley audit controls.
