Job Summary
Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work, ensuring compliance with contract documents and project schedules. Implement a culture of safety and quality by conducting regular inspections and managing job site logistics, including sequencing work and tracking materials. Develop and communicate project schedules to stakeholders while mentoring team members to build a high-functioning unit. Maintain professionalism in internal and external meetings and participate in close-out activities such as punch lists and training. This active, hands-on role requires navigating uneven terrain and lifting materials up to 50 pounds, with significant desk time for document review. Success demands flexibility for extended hours and responsiveness to critical issues. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience
- 7+ years of experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
- Experience building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects successfully from start to finish
- 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
- In-depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel
- Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences
- Working knowledge of applicable safety and building regulations (i.e., OSHA)

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work
- Comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Adaptable to all kinds of weather and moderate to loud noise levels
- Comfortable in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment
- Comfortable in a typical office setting
- Follow Clark Construction's safety policies and procedures, and all applicable laws, at all locations

- Significant commitment, including flexibility to work extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines
- Ability to monitor and respond to communications (phone calls, emails, text messages) as required to address these situations effectively
- Currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
- Pass a pre-employment drug 'fitness for duty' screening
- Ability to pass random quarterly drug 'fitness for duty' tests
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of construction management software platforms and tools including Procore, PlanGrid, FieldWire, Bluebeam, and P6
