Job Summary
Drive end-to-end Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycles for Facility-Related Control Systems, including artifact verification, Authorities to Operate management, and continuous monitoring through recurring scans and audit-log analysis. Execute vulnerability assessments using approved tools like ACAS and SCAP, maintain security policies mapped to NIST SP 800-53 controls, and coordinate on-site RMF Step 4 validation evidence collection. Serve as a technical representative on the Configuration Control Board for security-impact analyses and support cyber incident response as a member of the MAR Cyber Emergency Response Team with on-call rotation duties. Prepare bi-weekly RMF status reports and maintain project records in Maximo and eProjects.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must hold Secret Clearance
- Minimum of five years of RMF experience, including at least one year of specialized experience supporting FRCS RMF and cybersecurity engineering activities
- At least one current qualifying certification: CCSP, Cloud+, GICSP, GISF, GSEC, or Security+, RCCE Level 1, CISSO, CISSP-ISSEP, CySA+, FITSP-O, GCLD, GCSA, GSNA.
