Job Summary
Systems/QA Analyst to support quality, configuration, and release readiness across CMS/marketing websites, mobile applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrations. Responsible for testing (functional, regression, and integration), validating user stories against acceptance criteria, log/triage defects, maintain regression coverage, support UAT and release validation, and create/update training and release-notes materials. Collaborates with QA Lead, Web Team Lead, Enterprise Architect, Marketing, Product, and Development teams to ensure solutions meet business intent and deliver reliable user experiences. Requires experience with Dynamics 365, web technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Strapi), APIs, AI-assisted tooling, and Agile practices. Office-based in Scottsdale, AZ, with in-person work expectations; weekend travel to events may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4-6+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or hybrid role within an Agile, sprint-based delivery environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong understanding of Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint workflows
- Experience supporting and validating web, CMS, and mobile applications, including marketing websites built on platforms such as Strapi, WordPress, Drupal, or similar
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) in a testing, configuration, or analyst support capacity
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and web tracking concepts, including event tracking and user behavior analysis
- Familiarity with AI generation concepts, AI platforms, and large language models (LLMs), with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to support CMS workflows, troubleshooting, documentation, and process optimization.
