Job Summary
The Systems Product Manager is responsible for owning, developing, and leading STOBER’s systems strategy in North America, including the complete adoption of STOBER systems comprising electronics, motors, cables, and gearboxes. The role involves defining and executing systems goals and long-term vision, generating revenue, developing system applications, and establishing close relationships with customers. The manager must have deep knowledge of product hierarchy and system architecture, as well as the ability to train sales teams and support complex sales structures. Travel (domestic and international) is required, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE, BSME, BSCS, or related degree (industrial technology, etc.) preferred.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with servo motors & electronics.
- Experience with machine design, systems integration, and automation.
- Proven ability to train and influence audiences at all experience levels.
