Systems / Principal Systems Integration & Test Engineers (SI&T) - 2nd Shift

Lead and perform integration, testing, and verification of RF sensor systems (radars, COMMS, SIGINT) as part of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems’ SI&T team in Baltimore. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive test plans, coordinating with software/firmware/hardware teams, conducting environmental/EMI/EMC testing, evaluating test requirements, analyzing results, and preparing detailed reports. Role requires hands-on use of RF lab equipment (signal generators, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer), coding in MATLAB to support test scripting and data analysis, and collaboration across disciplines to ensure system-level verification. Positions available for 2nd shift; on-site in Baltimore, MD with potential relocation assistance. Requires US citizenship and DoD Secret clearance (SAP access may be required). Preferred experience includes radar systems knowledge, C/C++ development, and automation scripting (Python); strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to qualify for program access.
