Job Summary
Lead and evolve Systems Operations for a highly regulated financial services environment, driving production stability, modernization, automation, and DevOps/SRE adoption across critical platforms. Manage and develop teams of analysts and managers, influence senior technology partners, and ensure incident visibility and timely communication. Implement and oversee remote monitoring, security audits, risk-driven initiatives, policies, and compliance requirements, while guiding capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability practices. Travel up to 10% and on-site collaboration at Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX locations. Build a culture of talent development and metric-driven operating models to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery speed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of SRE management or leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience in a financial crimes production environment
