Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers; manage Active Directory; configure and troubleshoot network devices; implement VPN and firewall rules; provide desktop support for PCs, printers, and mobile devices; troubleshoot escalated issues; install/update software and security patches; assist with employee onboarding/offboarding; monitor IT operations and maintain documentation; support cloud services (Microsoft 365) and basic VoIP; coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement.
